East Pool Renovation Update

We’re excited to announce that the East Pool renovation is now complete!

The renovation included replacement of the pool tiles and pavers, powder coating of pool-area finishes, and acid washing of the pool surface. These improvements help refresh the appearance of the pool area and ensure it is ready for residents to enjoy.

Please note that the pool water may take some time to reach its optimal temperature following the renovation. The water temperature may be cooler than expected initially, but it should gradually warm as the pool system continues operating and temperatures increase.

Thank you for your patience during the renovation, and we hope you enjoy the refreshed East Pool!

Community Dues Update

We would like to thank all homeowners who have submitted their HOA dues in a timely manner. Your prompt payment of assessments is greatly appreciated and contributes to the ongoing maintenance and operation of our community.

The next HOA dues payment is due January 1, 2027. Please plan ahead and mark your calendar. Thank you for helping keep our community running smoothly!

Questions From Our Community

Hey Vinny!

You’ve got questions, and Vinny is here to help.

HEY VINNY!

I happened upon a delivery driver from a restaurant the other night, he was delivering one meal and was lost. The thing is, he did not have a complete address, the phone number was disconnected, and he only had first name and last initial. How is it the guard let him in? They should verify, especially since it was a single delivery.  Thank you

ANSWER:

Well now, neighbor, a meal delivery shouldn’t turn into a scavenger hunt. You’re right to raise the concern. Deliveries should be properly verified, especially when the driver doesn’t have a complete address and can’t reach the resident. We’ll reinforce those procedures with our patrol staff so the details get checked before drivers mosey through the gate. Thanks for lookin’ out for your neighbors.
