Venture Out is a gated community with 24/7 Security. Our state-of-the-art gate entry system allows residents to monitor their own guest list online or provide guest lists to Security staff for assistance.
Our hands-free gate entry system allows you to drive up and have your decal automatically open the gate.
Parking Decal Information
- Decals will be issued only to individuals staying for more than 30 days.
- New homeowners get 2 free badges.
- The cost to replace a lost or damaged badge is $15, and each additional badge is also $15.
- If you are replacing an existing decal and already have two decals on file, a replacement fee of $15.00 will be charged.
- Guests staying fewer than 30 days are not eligible for a decal, even if they choose to pay.
- Guest badges may only be worn when guests are present, and the daily guest fee applies, $3 per day for individuals over 16 and $2 per day for those under 16.
