Venture Out is a gated community with 24/7 community patrol. Our state-of-the-art gate entry system allows residents to monitor their own guest list online or provide guest lists to our Patrol staff for assistance.

Our hands-free gate entry system allows you to drive up and have your decal automatically open the gate.

Gate Decal & Amenity Badge Information

Please review the eligibility requirements, replacement costs, and guest fees for Venture Out gate decals and amenity badges.

Gate Decals

Vehicle Access

  • Gate decals are issued only to individuals staying at Venture Out Resort for more than 30 days.
  • New homeowners receive two complimentary gate decals.
  • Replacement gate decals are $15.00 each.
  • Additional gate decals may be purchased for $15.00 each, provided the residence does not exceed the maximum of two active gate decals.
  • Guests staying fewer than 30 days are not eligible for gate decals.
Maximum allowed: Two active gate decals per residence.

Guest Badges

Resident & Guest Access

  • New homeowners receive two complimentary resident owner badges.
  • The cost to replace a lost or damaged resident owner badge is $15.00 each.
  • Additional resident owner badges are $15.00 each.
  • Guest badges are available for $15.00 each.
  • Registered guests are required to wear their guest badge while using any Venture Out Resort amenities, facilities, or common areas.

Daily Guest Fees

Guests age 16 and older $3.00 per day
Guests under age 16 $2.00 per day
