All pets using the Pet Walk must be registered at Venture Out. Please make sure registration tags are clearly visible.
Enter the Pet Walk only from the south entrance near Broadway. An active VO badge is required for entry.
Clean-up bags are provided, and waste bins are located along the path. Please clean up after your pet--do not leave waste for others.
Keep your pet within sight so you can respond and clean up as needed.
Bring your own water container for your dog.
Close the gates securely when entering or leaving the enclosed area. If possible, avoid banging the gates.
Please be quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect the nearby residents.
A separate area in the south basin is available for your dog’s use as needed. Please be mindful of others waiting to use it.
Pet wash and grooming stations are for everyone’s use. Bring your own supplies and take them home each time. Please do not leave any personal items, including towels, behind.
Volunteers work to make the Pet Walk a pleasant experience. Consider joining the effort. Jobs include cleaning chairs, sweeping, applying treatments to minimize odors, and emptying waste bins on weekends and holidays when maintenance staff are unavailable.
THE PET WALK HAS A FEW RULES OF ITS OWN
Enter the walk only on the south side, near the Broadway gate. This is out of courtesy for our residents that live along Aero by the gate.
Non-retractable 6 ft. leashes are required except in the closed area. Your pet must be under control at all times.
Clean up bags are available, with garbage cans in the ground at intervals along the path. Feces are not to be buried or covered with rocks anywhere in the resort.
Keep your pet in view at all times in order to clean up as necessary.
Keep the gates closed in the enclosed part of the Pet Walk.
Be quiet when using the Pet Walk, especially before 8 AM and after 9 PM.
Open and close gates carefully and quietly and avoid loud conversation.
Pets which exhibit repeated aggressive behavior or continually bark or howl, will not be allowed to remain in Venture Out.
The pet wash is for your use. You must bring your own supplies and TAKE THEM HOME EACH TIME. No personal items, including towels may be left at the wash.
