Season’s greetings, folks!
Ol’ Vinny here, tip-pin’ my hat while those kind office kin take a well-earned pause to get ready for the holiday. There’s always somethin’ stirrin’ in this little slice of heaven we get to call home, so saddle up and let’s take a look at what’s new.

Christmas Holiday Office Hours

  • Wednesday, December 24: Office closes at 12:00 PM
  • Thursday, December 25: Office closed
  • Friday, December 26: Office reopens until 12:00 PM

New Resident Directories Available

Well now, friends, this old coyote is happy to report that the new 2025–2026 Resident Phone Directories have arrived. You can pick up your copies at the Office during regular business hours. Swing on by, grab one for the kitchen counter, and stay connected with your neighbors and those kind vendors who help make it happen.

EPC Swimming Pool – Holiday Hours

Well now, if the grandkids are visitin’ and the sun’s still doin’ its thing, Vinny’s got good news. The EPC pool will be open for all ages from December 19 through January 5, 2026, splashin’ along daily from 11AM to 7PM.

It’s a fine chance to cool off, make a few memories, and enjoy some good old-fashioned family time before the holidays scurry on by.

Fiber Optic Project Update

I’ve been pokin’ my nose around and can report that the heavy diggin’ down our streets is all wrapped up. The conduit is in place, and the AirBeam folks are now busy hookin’ things up home by home.

You may still see some touch-up work happening along the way. Repairs to pavers and landscaping that were disturbed during installation are underway and will continue as needed until everything’s put back right where it belongs.

Golf Cart Rules for Drivers

Well now, friends, with the holidays upon us and grandkids running around like quail in the desert, this old coyote wants to offer a gentle reminder.

When family comes to visit, our golf cart rules do not take a holiday. I know those 6- and 8-year-olds love to grab that steering wheel, but let’s be honest, if they’re anything like my kin, they think they’re playing Mario Kart or racing at Le Mans instead of cruising Navion Street.

Next thing you know, reindeers are not the only ones running Grandma over.

For everyone’s safety, only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts in the community. These rules help keep our walkers walking, our pups strolling, and our holidays joyful instead of eventful.

Please review the driving rules below and help keep our community safe, calm, and neighborly this season.

6.3 Vehicles to be driven on Property must be roadworthy, currently registered, and contain required proof of financial responsibility. Operators must be properly licensed. Golf carts should carry their own insurance or be adequately covered under a homeowner’s or similar insurance policy. Operators of golf cars must be licensed drivers. Amended 03.20.2025

Community Theft Update

Now folks, this old desert coyote has a bit of cautious good news to share. Some of the items taken from homes earlier this month have been recovered. At this time, there have been no arrests, but the police are continuing their work.

Officers have taken fingerprints from the affected homes and from the spot where items were found, which was beneath a vacant home. As a precaution, residents are kindly asked to take a look under their own homes and report anything there that does not belong to them.

Vinny always says, look out for one another, keep your eyes open, and don’t hesitate to speak up if something seems out of place.

Here are a few things you should not do:

• Do not confront anyone under any circumstances. That is not your role, and it can put you in danger. Call for help instead.

• Do not share or spread unconfirmed information. This can create unnecessary worry and confusion in the community.

Before I scurry off into the sunset, I want to wish each and every one of you a happy and peaceful holiday season. Whether your days are filled with family, quiet moments, or a little of both, I hope they bring comfort, kindness, and a few good laughs along the way.

Take care of yourselves and one another, enjoy the season, and I’ll see you around the neighborhood real soon.

Happy Howl-idays, friends!

I am a renter, why can’t I log in?
We apologize. You only get an account if you’re a current property owner at Venture Out.

You can still access useful information without a log in.

I’m a property owner, why can’t I log in?
As of today, all website access requests approved by the Front Office have been processed.
Many residents who submitted requests already had existing accounts. If you’re unable to log in, please enter your email and click “Forgot password?” to reset your login. If you still have trouble after resetting your password, contact the Front Office to confirm your account email.

I’ve requested access and still can’t get in
There is a high likelihood that you are requesting with an email that is already in the system. We are seeing a large number of couples who are trying to use one email for two separate accounts. Your email is tied to your login and each profile must have a unique email address.

Only current Venture Out property owners can log in to the community website. Renters and non-property owners do not have access.

If you’re a property owner and unable to log in, please complete the Website Access Request form. Once your ownership is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to create your password and access your account.

Why can’t I enter both mine and my partner’s name?
You might see that some have, however there is a character limit and this system was not designed for two people. Ideally, each person has their own profile. Couples who have edited their profile to include “&” will soon see the “&” removed and names might display as George Marie Williams and not George & Marie Williams. There is a section in the profile to list your partner or roommate’s name. And again, each person should have their own profile.

Why can’t I the pages you’re talking about?
The menu changes if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you cannot see the full menu. The pages that are restricted are the Resident Network, Condo and Social Board pages, Financials, and Meeting and Agenda archives. These are pages relevant to property ownership, which is also why renters do not have login credentials.
