This edition includes important HOA assessment reminders, the launch of our new online HOA account portal, community maintenance and infrastructure updates, a new Financials FAQ section on the website, Condo Board meeting information, and the latest installment of Hey Vinny! Please take a few moments to review the updates and stay informed about what’s happening around Venture Out.

We’ve added a new section to the Financials page called Financials FAQ to help answer some of the most common questions.
Look for Association Documents in the footer at the bottom of any Venture Out website page.
You can access the Financials page, as well as the Social and Condo Boards’ Meeting Agendas and Minutes, by clicking Association Documents in the website footer.
Please review the following maintenance schedules and use extra caution around work crews, equipment, barricades, and temporary street closures.
Important Safety Notice
Please be advised that the speed bump in the exit lane near the gatehouse has been temporarily removed to accommodate seal coating work.
For everyone’s safety, please reduce your speed and use extra caution when traveling through the area.
The speed bump will be reinstalled once the seal coating project is complete.

Manhole rehabilitation crews have been working throughout the community and will remain on site for some time.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the palm tree cutting schedule has been adjusted.
Please be alert for lifts, heavy equipment, worker crews, debris collection, and falling palm branches.
Avoid entering active work areas whenever possible.
Scheduled for July 15, 16, and 17.
Creative Landscaping will be working in the area northeast of the main post office entrance, next to the billiard room wall and windows.
The project is intended to correct drainage concerns and improve the direction of water flow away from the building.
Various air-conditioning units throughout Venture Out have experienced problems during the extreme heat. Turns out, they don't like the heat either!
Your Venture Out team is working to stay ahead of these issues and coordinate repairs as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as repairs are scheduled and completed.
Q: I have a quick question. Do I need to register my pet with the HOA? If so, what information or documents are required, and how do I complete the registration?

You bet! If you've got a furry sidekick living at Venture Out, they need to be registered with the HOA.
Just mosey on over to the Admin Office and bring along your pet's current rabies vaccination record. Once everything's squared away, the front desk will get your companion registered and issue them a numbered pet tag.
