Hey Vinny!

Hey Vinny! The street on the 200 block of Navajo is in need of repair. Is it on the schedule?

Answer: Sure is! That stretch is already on the list for new asphalt, so it’s gettin’ taken care of.

Might not happen overnight, but it’s in the queue and on the radar. Crews’ll get to it as part of the scheduled work, and once they do, you’ll be ridin’ a whole lot smoother down that road.

Hey Vinny! Where on the website will I find the condo board schedule and the date of the 60 days prior to the start of the fiscal year approval of the budget, per the terms of the VO Declaration?

Answer: Howdy there, pardner. Well, you can mosey on over to the Condo Board page and get yourself access to both the schedule and the financials.

You can get there by clickin’ on the linked words above, or just wander on up to the main navigation. Head under Residents, click on Boards, then choose Condo Board.

You’ll find the Board schedule about halfway down the page. And for the budget, just drift over to the Resources section and click on Financials. You can also find quick access to Meeting Minutes and Agendas in that area.

Now one more thing, don’t forget. You’ll need to be logged in to see those pages. Go ahead and click here to log in.
