Your Weekly Resident Newsletter from Venture Out at Mesa
Published on Nov. 24, 2025

Howdy Venture Out neighbors, it’s your ol’ pal, Hey Vinny, trottin’ by to tip my hat and wish ya’ll a mighty fine Thanksgiving. Out on the trail, I’ve learned that the greatest blessings aren’t riches or gold, but good folks like you who make this community feel like home. May your tables be full, your hearts be light, and your day shine brighter than a desert sunrise. Much obliged for every smile and wave, VO is truly thankful for all of you, every day.

Closed for Thanksgiving

Because of the holiday, the VO offices will be closed this Thursday and Friday and there won’t be a newsletter going out next week. Have a wonderful holiday!

HOA Payments

Beginning December 1st, 2025, residents will no longer be able to use the Engage site for payments.  The site charges high fees for processing payments.  All payments must be made through the PO box lockbox, or with the Western Alliances portal, or drop the payment off at the admin office. If you have any questions, please call the office or stop by.

Short Term Rentals

Many of you have been calling the office about the TPT license mentioned in last week’s newsletter.

For more accurate and updated information, please reach out to the City directly by calling  480-644-2316 or emailing them at  STR.licensing@mesaaz.gov

DishTV Update

The current Dish TV contract ends in March 2026. It requires the Board to decide on whether to renew it for another two years by January 9, 2026.

The Board has created an Ad Hoc TV Committee to collect information and data regarding options for TV services for Venture Out. This committee has been meeting and gathering information regarding TV options for our park. As a part of that process, the committee has developed a survey that will be sent to all residents in the park.

The survey describes all the options (along with costs) as well as the pros and cons for each option. This survey will allow residents to provide feedback to the Board on this issue. The Survey was emailed out on November 21st and will close on December 1st so that the Committee can compile the results and provide them to the Board.

We encourage you to look for the survey and complete it to provide your input.

Fiber Internet Information Update

Airebeam’s Happy Hour Airebeam will host informational meetings on December 8th and January 12th from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the Oasis room. Sign up at the Activities Dept.

Watch a quick video on Airebeam’s installation process.

Website Access

Website Access Issue Resolved
The Website access for Dish Network users has been fixed. If you have further issues, please reach out to the Admin office.

VentureOutMesa.com Account Access
Our new website now has more than 1,350 registered users. This means most property owners already have an account. When the site launched, we sent an email to the address you gave us. That email had a link to set up your password.

Many people asking for access already have an account. Before sending a request, please try the steps below.

If you did not get the setup email, or you forgot your password:

  1. Go to ventureoutmesa.com
    2. Click SIGN IN in the top corner
    3. Type your email address
    4. Click FORGOT PASSWORD to get a reset link

Follow the link sent to your email to make a new password.

Renters and Website Access
Only current VO property owners can have a login for the website. Renters cannot register or sign in. Renters can still view general information on the website without logging in.

Quick Reminders

I am a renter, why can’t I log in?
We apologize. You only get an account if you’re a current property owner at Venture Out.

You can still access useful information without a log in.

I’m a property owner, why can’t I log in?
As of today, all website access requests approved by the Front Office have been processed.
Many residents who submitted requests already had existing accounts. If you’re unable to log in, please enter your email and click “Forgot password?” to reset your login. If you still have trouble after resetting your password, contact the Front Office to confirm your account email.

I’ve requested access and still can’t get in
There is a high likelihood that you are requesting with an email that is already in the system. We are seeing a large number of couples who are trying to use one email for two separate accounts. Your email is tied to your login and each profile must have a unique email address.

Only current Venture Out property owners can log in to the community website. Renters and non-property owners do not have access.

If you’re a property owner and unable to log in, please complete the Website Access Request form. Once your ownership is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to create your password and access your account.

Why can’t I enter both mine and my partner’s name?
You might see that some have, however there is a character limit and this system was not designed for two people. Ideally, each person has their own profile. Couples who have edited their profile to include “&” will soon see the “&” removed and names might display as George Marie Williams and not George & Marie Williams. There is a section in the profile to list your partner or roommate’s name. And again, each person should have their own profile.

Why can’t I the pages you’re talking about?
The menu changes if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you cannot see the full menu. The pages that are restricted are the Resident Network, Condo and Social Board pages, Financials, and Meeting and Agenda archives. These are pages relevant to property ownership, which is also why renters do not have login credentials.
