1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bath/shower, microwave, TV, large outside patio with pull down shades, large private backyard, BBQ, and shed with washer/dryer. No pets, non-smokers. Rent is $2000 per month (internet and cable included), $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. Renter pays for electricity. Golf cart available for rent – $150 per month.
