Last minute cancellation for this season leaves a great opportunity for someone to rent a home at Venture Out for THIS extended season. Great location close to Helio & Merlin…just a few blocks from West Pool. Has lower Arizona Room with a nice wide man door between unit and AZ room, and a laundry room behind, with its own HWH.
Home has vaulted ceilings for a spacious feel; front dining room has a large table that can seat 6, and also has a corner TV; U-shaped kitchen with a large, deep double sink; 1 bathroom (very close to satellite bathroom as well); bedroom with newer mattress on queen sized bed. Lots of storage. Arizona room is dry walled and tiled and has 2 recliner rockers and a hide-a-bed that inflates, so it’s more comfy. There is a covered patio in the front and cement patio area in back. Great AC. Includes 2 bikes.
In the AZ room is also a newer 50″ TV on an arm, on the wall. Includes all dishes, hangers, linens, even pillows, etc…
Renting for $1900/month if you take it for 4 or more months…otherwise, we’ll ask $2,200/month, for 3 months. Price does not include electricity.
NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THIS UNIT !!
If you want to know that this is a great place, you could ask our last renters…they loved it. We are away from the park for 2 years and they are unable to come back this season. Give us a call at 403-653-1977…if we don’t answer, leave a message and we’ll get back to you asap. Sorry, we don’t have pictures and aren’t there to take any right now.
