Your Resident Newsletter from Venture Out at Mesa

Published on May 27, 2026

Hey Neighbor, Don’t Let the Desert Dust Distract Ya!

This week’s newsletter is packed fuller than a golf cart headed to bingo night. First off, don’t get caught flat-footed on May 30 when badges and decals are deactivated. There’s important information below on what to do if you’re staying in the community over the summer.

You’ll also find updates on summer office hours, community projects happening around Venture Out, and a friendly reminder that any changes for the next resident directory need to be submitted by May 31.

So grab a cold drink, kick back in the shade awhile, and take a look through this week’s updates. There’s plenty worth knowin’.

DIRECTORY UPDATE REMINDER

Please review and read the attached directory information carefully.

If you have already provided updates or corrections to the Administration Office since March or April 2026, your information should already be updated in the database.

However, if you have any new changes or corrections, please notify the Administration Office either in person or by email at:

adminoffice@ventureoutmesa.com

If you are unsure whether you are included in the directory, please contact or call the Administration Office directly for verification.

All directory corrections and updates must be submitted no later than May 31, 2026.

OOPS... WE MISSED THIS. OUR APOLOGIES!

Please note that badges and decals will be deactivated beginning May 30, 2026.

If you will be remaining in the community as a full-time resident after May 30, please stop by the office and notify Office Staff or Ray. Your badge and decal can then be quickly reactivated with minimal inconvenience.

If you are currently away from the park, you may also reactivate your badge and decal by emailing desk@ventureoutmesa.com or by calling the office directly. Please provide your anticipated date of occupancy when contacting Venture Out.

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Residents who have completed the checkout process are always welcome to attend public community events and stay connected with friends and neighbors. However, once a home has been sold, former residents are no longer permitted to use community amenities that are reserved for current residents, especially when the unit is occupied by a renter. We would also like to remind everyone that community dumpsters are for current residents only and may not be used by non-residents.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping keep our community amenities available for those who currently live here.

Hey Vinny!

How many vehicles can be parked on a lot? Not corner lots. Can your vehicle overhang onto the sidewalk?

Answer: Well now neighbor, around Venture Out there’s only so much room to park the wagon train. For standard lots, you’re allowed one automobile, up to two golf carts, and one motorcycle. Just remember, vehicles shouldn’t stick out into the street or block the sidewalk. If folks have to zigzag around your bumper like they’re avoidin’ cactus in the desert, it’s probably parked a little too far out.

Hey Vinny!

When will the mats be replaced at the golf cage? They are in really bad shape.

Answer: Good eye, neighbor. Steve and Rande already took a look at the mats, and replacements are on the way. Sounds like those old mats have taken about as many swings as an Arizona piñata at a birthday party.

Hey Vinny!

Thank you for your time and effort in maintaining and improving our community. Your work helps keep the community clean, organized, and pleasant for everyone. I appreciate all that you do behind the scenes.

Answer: Well now, that’s mighty kind of you to say. Truth is, there are a whole lot of folks around here workin’ behind the scenes to help keep Venture Out runnin’ smooth, and it sure means something when neighbors notice. A little appreciation goes a long way in the desert. Keeps everybody’s boots movin’ in the same direction.
