702 Merlin is available to rent for the fall of 2026, through December 31, 2026. With a two month minimum for $1900 a month, with Electric included. Price can be negotiated with a 3 or 4 month rental.
702 Merlin has been recently remodeled. The outside has new siding, new windows and a new remote patio awning over a nice front patio table and lounge chairs. Inside the laundry area has a new washer/dryer set and lots of new storage. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave and auxiliary small freezer. It is well stocked with cooking appliances and equipment, with a new BBQ in the back. The living room and Arizona room both have newer furnishings, not shown in the photos. We have added a new 42” smart TV in the living area. The bathroom has also been remodeled this fall which includes a walk in shower. A big plus for this location is we have a park bathhouse next door. In the bedroom you have a large closet, dresser and vanity area. Plus a new queen mattress.
You will find this renal has all you need with linens, bath and pool towels and floats. Our location is a short walk to the East pool complex and main center area.
