Your Weekly Resident Newsletter from Venture Out at Mesa
Published on Nov. 01, 2025
Hey Folks, It’s Vinny!
Well now, don’t go howlin’ at me for this one, your newsletter’s runnin’ just a little late this week. Halloween had this old coyote workin’ overtime keepin’ the werewolves off the pickleball courts and outta the pool! Between that and handin’ out candy to every ghost and ghoul in the neighborhood, I lost track of the calendar faster than a tumbleweed in a dust storm.
But don’t you worry, I’ve rounded everything up and it’s all here now, fresh as a desert sunrise. Grab yourself a cup of coffee, kick back, and let’s see what’s been happenin’ around our little slice of paradise.

Project Updates
- Bocce Ball courts are being worked on this week and will be ready for league play soon.
- Tennis courts were completed just in time for the annual tournament happening this week. The Venture Out Tennis Club has done an outstanding job organizing the event, and everything is running smoothly. Events like these bring in players from other communities and are a great way to showcase Venture Out as one of the best in the valley.
- Pickleball court lights are also scheduled to be finished next week. Things are really moving along quickly, and we’re seeing more residents enjoying the clubs and sports courts every day.
- Steve still has a few smaller projects underway, including repairs to the fountain in the Oasis Courtyard.
- The badge gates at the Pet Park should be completed next week.
- The solar street light project has been rescheduled to begin next spring. We’re coordinating with the fiber-installation team to avoid overlap and ensure everything goes in smoothly.
- Steve will be addressing the valley gutters on several streets where asphalt was previously laid, no one’s quite sure why, but removing it will help improve water flow and give our streets a cleaner, more polished look.

Letters from Hey Vinny!
Hey Vinny!
The flowers that are planted look so nice. It’s so nice to drive in and see all the changes made over the summer.
Sincerely, Rosie Desertbloom
Well, ain’t that a sight for sore desert eyes! Those flowers are strutting their colors like spring came early. The crew worked through more heat than a lizard on a skillet to get those beauties in the ground. Now look at ‘em, welcoming everyone home like a big ol’ “Howdy, neighbor!” Sure does make this old coyote howl seeing folks notice all the hard work that went into sprucing up the place.
Hey Vinny!
What’s going on with the east pool outdoor showers?
Sincerely, Rinse Reynolds
Ah, you’ve got a sharp eye there, partner! The tiles out by the east pool have been crackin’ and liftin’ like they’re tryin’ to start a jailbreak. It turned into a bit of a safety issue, so Steve is wranglin’ up quotes right now to get ‘er fixed proper. Soon as we get the green light, we’ll have that shower area back in shape and ready for a good rinse before and after a swim. Just a little more patience, and it’ll be right as rain!

Quick Reminders
Renter Log In - Website
I am a renter, why can’t I log in?
We apologize. You only get an account if you’re a current property owner at Venture Out.
You can still access useful information without a log in.
Property Owner Log In - Website
I’m a property owner, why can’t I log in?
As of today, all website access requests approved by the Front Office have been processed.
Many residents who submitted requests already had existing accounts. If you’re unable to log in, please enter your email and click “Forgot password?” to reset your login. If you still have trouble after resetting your password, contact the Front Office to confirm your account email.
Can't log in to website
I’ve requested access and still can’t get in
There is a high likelihood that you are requesting with an email that is already in the system. We are seeing a large number of couples who are trying to use one email for two separate accounts. Your email is tied to your login and each profile must have a unique email address.
Account Request - Website
Only current Venture Out property owners can log in to the community website. Renters and non-property owners do not have access.
If you’re a property owner and unable to log in, please complete the Website Access Request form. Once your ownership is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to create your password and access your account.
Partner's Name on Profile
Why can’t I enter both mine and my partner’s name?
You might see that some have, however there is a character limit and this system was not designed for two people. Ideally, each person has their own profile. Couples who have edited their profile to include “&” will soon see the “&” removed and names might display as George Marie Williams and not George & Marie Williams. There is a section in the profile to list your partner or roommate’s name. And again, each person should have their own profile.
Pages Missing
Why can’t I the pages you’re talking about?
The menu changes if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you cannot see the full menu. The pages that are restricted are the Resident Network, Condo and Social Board pages, Financials, and Meeting and Agenda archives. These are pages relevant to property ownership, which is also why renters do not have login credentials.
