Venture Out shall not be liable for the safekeeping or condition of any property located on the Venture Out premises. Further, Venture Out shall not be liable for any cause whatsoever or for injury to the Occupants, Occupants’ guests, invitees or any other persons. The Occupant must carry sufficient personal injury, property, and liability insurance to cover any and all potential loss, damage, Occupants, Occupants’ guests or invitees. The Occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Out from any and all claims, liability, or damages for property, personal injury, or death.
I/We have read and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth by Venture Out. By signing this agreement, I/ We certify that one tenant is at least fifty-five (55) years or older.
