This unit is located in the center of the Resort and close to amenities.
The AZ room is a nice open space that includes a Queen Murphy bed and sofa sleeper that sleeps two. It also has 2 recliners, Dining/Game table that seats 4 and a desk and flat screen TV. There is also a storage area where you can store your suitcases or anything you would like out of your way.
From the AZ room you step up into the Park Model portion of the unit where it has to your right the living room with 2 recliners, sofa sleeper, dining table that seats 4, flat screen TV, DVD Player electric fireplace and wood flooring.
The kitchen is to your left and comes furnished with such things such as pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses and more. It also has a toaster oven, small coffee maker, refrigerator with an ice maker, counter top microwave and flat top stainless steel stove. Has lots of cupboard space.
From the Kitchen you enter the bedroom and full bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, large spacious, mirrored closets with drawers below, big dresser and wood flooring. The bathroom has a good sized vanity with a single sink, plenty of drawers and cupboards, walk-n shower and stackable washer/dryer.
Nice front outdoor patio with patio furniture and a new propane BBQ in the back of unit. There are also bikes that you can be used at your own risk.
Rental amount includes, water, sewer, trash, recycle, electric up to $100, DIRECTV and internet/wi-fi.
