Welcome to Christmas in Mesa, Arizona! There are so many fun things to do year round, but we want you to celebrate this holiday season to the max. Your Weekly Resident Newsletter from Venture Out at Mesa
Published on Dec. 15, 2025
Well howdy, neighbors. Vinny here, pokin’ my nose into this week’s newsletter with a friendly wave and a reminder that life around the park is always hummin’ along. We’ve got a handful of community updates to share, a few gentle reminders to help keep everyone comfortable and safe, and some behind-the-scenes things being looked into to make day-to-day living just a little smoother.
Broadway Road Entrance
The Broadway Road gate’s entrance side will be closed from 6am-2pm for repairs.
Channel 17
We are seeking a resident to help out with Channel 17. This position will be doing the editing of the videos so they can be put up for viewing. This position does require some experience in video production. Please reach out to the Admin office if this fits your interest.
A Reminder that the January billing will be late for the QT statement. Will be out by Jan 19th 2026. If you have any questions, please call the admin office.
Street Light Update
Some of the street lights’ electrical wires were hit by the boring machine while doing the fiber. If your lights are not working, please submit a work order, and they will be replaced with the new solar lights and pole.
EPC Showers
They have been repaired and reopened, and look beautiful with the new color tile. Also, the spa jets were repaired on the south spa at EPC.
Community Bulletin
You may have heard some concerning news around VO about recent burglaries. The reports are accurate, and we want to be sure everyone is aware of the situation and taking simple, sensible precautions to stay safe.
Here are a few simple things you can do to help keep the community safe:
• Please let the Admin Office know when you leave for the season and when you return. This is part of our rules and helps us keep track of which homes should be vacant so we can keep an eye on them and stay aware of any activity.
• When you are here, stay aware of your surroundings. If you notice anything that seems unusual or out of place, call VO Patrol and they will look into it.
• If you see something that looks dangerous or urgent, call the Mesa Police first, and then notify VO Patrol.
Here are a few things you should not do:
• Do not confront anyone under any circumstances. That is not your role, and it can put you in danger. Call for help instead.
• Do not share or spread unconfirmed information. This can create unnecessary worry and confusion in the community.

Letters from Hey Vinny!
Hey Vinny!
The overhead fans are on an adjustable switch. The lowest speed still generates gale-force winds. Can the switch be adjusted to a low setting that moves the air but at a more gentle breeze? The range of the switch is way too narrow.
Sincerely,
Breeze E.
Well now, partner, those ceiling fans sure do mean business. You’re sayin’, even their slowest setting still kicks up a bit of a desert windstorm, and unfortunately, that’s as low as they’ll go at the moment.
That said, Steve is wranglin’ David from Maintenance to take a look and see if there might be a different type of switch out there that could tame those blades into more of a gentle breeze instead of a full-on dust devil. No promises yet, but we’re sniffin’ around for a solution.
Hey Vinny!
As to the breaks around the park, why are people not locking their doors and putting things away in the evening? Even with the patrolled gates, things still can happen.
Sincerely,
Luke Ingout
Well howdy there, neighbor. Vinny here, tip-toein’ through the desert with a friendly reminder and a little tough love.
Even with our gates and patrols keepin’ a watchful eye, mischief can still sneak in if we leave the door wide open, so to speak. A locked door and a tidy evening routine go a long way in keepin’ trouble at bay.
So please be sure to
• Lock your house doors and shed doors every night
• Park bikes inside sheds overnight
• And for goodness’ sake, don’t leave keys sittin’ in your golf carts
A little prevention now saves a whole lot of heartache later. Vinny says let’s help each other keep the park safe, snug, and peaceful.
And remember, if you see something call VO Patrol at (480) 832-6080
or Mesa PD (non-Emergency) at (480) 644-2211. And of course, in an emergency, call 911.
Quick Reminders
Club Updates are updated weekly and the holidays may impact this schedule.
Please submit your club updates by 3pm on Wednesdays for Friday publication. Please note: Updates received after 3pm on Wednesday will be published the following Friday.
Renter Log In - Website
I am a renter, why can’t I log in?
We apologize. You only get an account if you’re a current property owner at Venture Out.
You can still access useful information without a log in.
Property Owner Log In - Website
I’m a property owner, why can’t I log in?
As of today, all website access requests approved by the Front Office have been processed.
Many residents who submitted requests already had existing accounts. If you’re unable to log in, please enter your email and click “Forgot password?” to reset your login. If you still have trouble after resetting your password, contact the Front Office to confirm your account email.
Can't log in to website
I’ve requested access and still can’t get in
There is a high likelihood that you are requesting with an email that is already in the system. We are seeing a large number of couples who are trying to use one email for two separate accounts. Your email is tied to your login and each profile must have a unique email address.
Account Request - Website
Only current Venture Out property owners can log in to the community website. Renters and non-property owners do not have access.
If you’re a property owner and unable to log in, please complete the Website Access Request form. Once your ownership is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to create your password and access your account.
Partner's Name on Profile
Why can’t I enter both mine and my partner’s name?
You might see that some have, however there is a character limit and this system was not designed for two people. Ideally, each person has their own profile. Couples who have edited their profile to include “&” will soon see the “&” removed and names might display as George Marie Williams and not George & Marie Williams. There is a section in the profile to list your partner or roommate’s name. And again, each person should have their own profile.
Pages Missing
Why can’t I the pages you’re talking about?
The menu changes if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you cannot see the full menu. The pages that are restricted are the Resident Network, Condo and Social Board pages, Financials, and Meeting and Agenda archives. These are pages relevant to property ownership, which is also why renters do not have login credentials.
