How To: Updating Club Pages and Group Sections
Good news, Venture Out Club Reps and Group Leaders
Each club now has its own page on our new website! You can now share your Clubs with your friends and families in and outside of Venture Out. Your Club’s page is the place to share announcements, fundraisers, flyers, photos, dues, applications, FAQs, and more. You can also share the link outside of Venture Out to highlight your club’s activities.
Updating Your Club's Page
Step 1: Go to the Club and Groups page and click on your club’s page. Review the sections and current information.
Step 2: If you’re an authorized Club rep or leader, go to the Club Update Form at the bottom of the Clubs & Groups page.
Step 3: In the form, tell us exactly what to keep, remove, or add and submit the form.
Example on how to submit edits to your page:
Your current Announcements section has the following information:
- We have added 10 new members, be sure to welcome them!
- Tournament at 9am on 11/15 at Kiwanis, bring water and $10 entry fee.
Form submission, use the Keep, Remove, and Add commands:
- Keep: new members info
- Remove: 11/15 tournament info
- Add: The next tournament sign-up sheet is in the clubhouse. Sign up by 12/18/2025.
Photos, Flyers, and Videos
- Each page has two media areas:
- Top-right media box – used for 1 flyer, 1 image, or 1 video.
- Slideshow (8 images max) – uploading 8 new photos will replace the old set.
- If you have 8 images and upload three new ones, you can use the comment section of the box to describe which images you’d like replaced, otherwise, 3 random images will be removed and replaced with the new uploads.
To update your main photo (the image shown on the Clubs & Groups page and when your page is shared online), select “Update our main photo” in the form and upload 1 image.
- Do not submit photos that you do not own or have permission to use. We will not post AI generated photos or copyrighted materials.
Updating Your Group's Section
How to Update Your Group Section
Please use the same form and provide your Group’s information. Groups are not permitted to share images, videos, or flyers but can post basic information, meeting dates, times, and locations. Groups typically only update their information 1-2 times per season.
Example: WATER VOLLEYBALL – All are welcomed! We play every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 1 – 2:15PM in the Phase 1 Pool. Bring a pool noodle if you need it.

Club and Group update submissions may be edited for spelling, grammar, or brevity, but your information will not be changed.

- Club pages and Group sections are updated weekly on Wednesdays.
- To be included, please submit your updates by 5PM (AZ time) on Mondays.
