Occupant Authorization Form

In addition, the undersigned agrees to the following:  I/We have read and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth by the resort. By signing this agreement, I/We certify that one occupant is at least fifty-five years old or older.

Occupant(s) will purchase a Photo ID Badge for $15.00 (unless they currently have one). Only two Photo ID Badge can be active at one time. Additional badges (Guest or Paper) will require daily fees and activation for visit dates.

Venture Out shall not be liable for the safekeeping or condition of any property located on the Venture Out premises. Further, Venture Out shall not be liable for any cause whatsoever or for injury to the Occupants, the Occupants’ guests or invitees or any other persons. The Occupants must carry sufficient personal injury, property, and liability insurance to cover any and all potential loss, damage, Occupants, or Occupants’ guests or invitees. The Occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Out from any and all claims, liability, or damages for property, personal injury, or death.
