Rental Agreement includes the following :
No smoking in or on the property. No pets, owner suffers from allergies.
We aim to keep our property clean and tidy for our renters and appreciate our renters doing the same.
Damage deposit of $500 required. Returned after inspection within one week of departure by Venmo.
Bonus room cabinet bed is designed for temporary guest stay, not continued nightly use.
