Please be advised that in January of 2017 the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office changed their policy and will no longer mail tax bills to property owners that reside outside the United States. If you have not received your current year bill, property owners should either phone or log into the county Treasurer’s website to view the tax bill(s) – see link below. You will be able to make the payment and print a receipt on the website. Other payment options are provided on the web site.
You will need your parcel number that appears on your valuation notice and prior tax bills.
Owners must not only check physical property address tax bill but also the trailer tax bill if property owner had not filed an “Affidavit of Affixture”.

- Property Tax bills are sent out in September
- Bill payment must be made by Oct 1st.

CANADIANS should sign up on https://treasurer.maricopa.gov to receive their bills vis e-mail in September. Canadians can receive e-mailed notices/bills by signing up for eNoticesOnline at the Treasurer’s site. If you have already enrolled in eNoticesOnline, those e-mailed notices/bills went out the second week of September. Check your e-mail for a sender name of help@enoticesonline.com. Also look in your junk of spam folders.
Contact the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office
- Valuation notices are mailed out in June
- Determine if property value has increased
- Tax bill will be based on this changed value
- Must file an appeal to contest value within 60 days of the notice date.
