Tailwaggers Club
CLUB INFORMATION
As a group, we:
1. Promote community and friendship among club members.
2. Serve as the eyes and ears of the Pet Walk Common Area, to:
a. Ensure the area is safe for pets, their owners, and anyone using the area.
b. Promote good stewardship of our space.
c. Advise the VO management team about any physical needs in the Pet Walk.
3. Encourage good citizenship in the Pet Walk area.
4. Promote social activities among club members.
Announcements and News
We are looking for more people to help fill the various volunteer opportunities at the Pet Walk itself, and through our fundraisers and events.
Check out the bulletin boards at the Pet Walk, reach out to any board member, or attend a meeting to find out more. Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Please see the Meeting information below for locations, as they vary. Please join us on Saturday, November 29th, at 9 am when we decorate the Pet Walk for the holidays. This is in preparation for the Tree Lighting and Pet Memorial on December 6th, at 5 pm.
And finally, a Gentle Reminder Pets should not be walked throughout Venture Out with the intention of having them “do their business.” Please take care of that in the Pet Walk or in the privacy of your own yard. If you decide to take your pets for a walk throughout Venture Out, be prepared with water and bags to clean up any accidents promptly.
Events & Fundraisers
Holiday Tree Lighting & Pet Memorial – Saturday, December 6th, 5 pm. The event is free, but donations to the AZ Humane Society are welcome.
Home & Art Tour Ticket Sales – Wednesday, January 21st @ 9 am. Tickets are $25 and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. (96 tickets available)
Home & Art Tour – Sunday, February 1st @ 12 pm VOTW Annual Party – Saturday, February 28th 5 pm
Root Beer Floats & Live Music by Paris and the Outlaws – Saturday, March 7th @ 3 pm 3rd Annual Line Dance Fiesta – Saturday, March 14th @ 1 pm.
Meetings
Monthly meetings are open to members, and guest are warmly invited to attend a meeting to learn more. If you’d like to continue attending, we will be delighted to have you join.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 2 pm.

Who Can Join
Everyone is welcome to become a member of the Tail Waggers — no pet required!
When did the Tail Waggers become a recognized club?
Answer: January 7, 2025
I registered my pet at the Administration Office. Am I automatically a member of the Tail Waggers?
Answer: No. Pet registration is required under the Venture Out Rules and Regulations (Section II, Article 7: Registration and Control of Pets). Membership in the Tail Waggers is optional, and fun!
What do the Tail Waggers do?
Answer: We love helping keep our community clean and enjoyable! We assist the Cond Board by keeping odors under control and making sure poop bag dispensers are stocked.
Who is responsible for enforcing Condo rules or handling disagreements between pets or owners?
Answer: Report issues to the Administration Office – they’re happy to help!

Membership Drives
Held Wednesdays, November through March, at the Pet Walk Entrance.
Memberships will be taken at the Pet Walk Entrance on Wednesdays from 9 – 10:30 am, and 3- 4:30 pm—weather permitting. You can also join at the monthly meetings
