All lots or units are reserved and restricted for occupancy by at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Minimum age for occupancy is eighteen (18) years of age. Residence within a unit is limited to two (2) adults.
Home or lot re-sales are available. An owner at Venture Out receives a deed to his individual property, plus an undivided interest in all the common facilities.
