Happy November, VO!

We’ve been made aware that some residents using Dish Network are currently unable to access ventureoutmesa.com. Please note that the website itself is fully operational and has not experienced any downtime.

This issue appears to be specific to Dish Network’s service, and we are monitoring the situation as they work to resolve it.

In the meantime, you can access the website using any other internet provider or by connecting through a mobile hotspot within the community.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Welcome Rande Purdy

From Steve Byfield: As many of you are aware, the demands of our growing community have reached a point where additional leadership is necessary. After careful consideration, I’ve decided to bring on an Assistant General Manager now rather than waiting until spring. I’m thrilled to announce that Rande Purdy will be stepping into this role.

Rande brings a strong blend of management expertise and people skills that make him a perfect fit for this position. He’s already diving into CAI training materials and videos to deepen his understanding of HOA management, and his enthusiasm for this new chapter is contagious.

His wife Judy also brings HOA experience as the Board Corp secretary at Carriage Manor HOA, which adds another layer of insight to their household.

Please join me in welcoming Rande to the team. I’m confident he’ll be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow and serve the Venture Out community with excellence.

Club and Group Updates

Clubs are updated by authorized Club Representatives using the online form at the bottom of the Clubs page

Groups are updated by the Activities Office.

Please submit your Club updates by Wednesday at 3PM so we can do our best to have them online by Friday afternoon. If your update doesn’t appear by Monday, let us know, sometimes the website cache takes a little while to refresh, so updates might not show immediately. If you have submitted extensive updates, it will take a little longer.

Any submissions received after Wednesday at 3PM will be posted the following Friday.

Please draft your entires on a Word or text doc before submitting. This way, you have a copy, and you can check spelling and grammar. Please avoid multiple submission per week and only submit once per week.

Important Notes for Club Updates

Every VO Club has its own page on our new website!
If you are an authorized Club representative, you can use the form below to submit updates for your page.

Submission Instructions

When submitting updates, please follow the instructions carefully.

You must clearly indicate what to leave alone, what to remove, and what to add on your club page.

Each page is limited to 8 photos in the gallery. If new photos are uploaded weekly, existing photos will be randomly deleted to make room. Photos must be high resolution and you must have permission or ownership. Low resolution, AI generated or copyrighted photos will not be posted.

If using AI to craft your updates, do not use emojis.
Be sure to remove your emojis before submitting your entries.
Entries with emojis will not be published.

If your club currently uses an outside website, we encourage you to move your information to your new VO Club page. External links will not be added to your Club page on the VO website.

Quick Reminders

I am a renter, why can’t I log in?
We apologize. You only get an account if you’re a current property owner at Venture Out.

You can still access useful information without a log in.

I’m a property owner, why can’t I log in?
As of today, all website access requests approved by the Front Office have been processed.
Many residents who submitted requests already had existing accounts. If you’re unable to log in, please enter your email and click “Forgot password?” to reset your login. If you still have trouble after resetting your password, contact the Front Office to confirm your account email.

I’ve requested access and still can’t get in
There is a high likelihood that you are requesting with an email that is already in the system. We are seeing a large number of couples who are trying to use one email for two separate accounts. Your email is tied to your login and each profile must have a unique email address.

Only current Venture Out property owners can log in to the community website. Renters and non-property owners do not have access.

If you’re a property owner and unable to log in, please complete the Website Access Request form. Once your ownership is verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to create your password and access your account.

Why can’t I enter both mine and my partner’s name?
You might see that some have, however there is a character limit and this system was not designed for two people. Ideally, each person has their own profile. Couples who have edited their profile to include “&” will soon see the “&” removed and names might display as George Marie Williams and not George & Marie Williams. There is a section in the profile to list your partner or roommate’s name. And again, each person should have their own profile.

Why can’t I the pages you’re talking about?
The menu changes if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you cannot see the full menu. The pages that are restricted are the Resident Network, Condo and Social Board pages, Financials, and Meeting and Agenda archives. These are pages relevant to property ownership, which is also why renters do not have login credentials.
