The upper level of this bright, well equipped home is perfect for 2 – it boasts a comfortable sitting area, a dining table, and a main bathroom with tub adjoining a cosy bedroom with a queen size bed. The kitchen has been modernized to include stainless steel appliances.
A second toilet and sink are in the laundry room that has a stacker washer/dryer and a small extra fridge and freezer.
The lower level of this unit is versatile for entertaining . . . and perfect for having friends over. Sliding class doors enclose an Arizona Room that opens to an outdoor patio flanked by both an orange and a grapefruit tree. The pictures below tell the story.
