Arizona Room
The Murphy Bed is attached to the indoor/outdoor shed. I have not been in the place during winter.
Mini Breakfast table as well as TV trays.
TV
There are three TVs: AZ room, Living Room, and Bedroom. The AZ room is missing the tv controller. However, the FireTV controller is on the stand. The on/off button on left side on bottom, volume control above. I will walk you through the FireTV channels (2000+). The Bedroom and Living rooms have controllers and are on a separate Park provided cable service (20 or so channels).
Storage Room
The Washer and Dryer for you to use. Works great! My Wardrobe is in the back all zipped up. The workbench is loaded with stuff and basic tools.
Living Room
A new Mini Split A/C-Heat Unit has just been installed.
Kitchen
All utensils and spices are for your comfort. All NINJA countertop appliances – Coffeemaker, AirFryer XL, and Food Processor in bottom cupboard.
Dining Room Table: please lift from inside of the legs. The sleeves fit under the Top of the table which lifts upwards then slide the sleeves inward if you want a smaller area.
Bedroom
Typical of these style units. Lots of drawers and closet space. Mirrored closet sliders. Towels, blankets, pillows are all over the place.
Back Patio
I had a Step made for safety. You will see it. Use it when stepping down. You will notice a large step is required if you do not use the Step. Enjoy coffee or beverages back there. The Back Yard furniture items are inside. Grass rug, chairs, tables, umbrella.
