212 Douglas St is in a good location close to the bathhouse and a short distance from the recreation center which has a great library, pool tables and many more activities, also the new West Pool and two hot tubs and tennis and pickle ball courts. We have a 32″ TV and DVD player, washer and dryer, barbeque, 2 bikes with baskets. Venture Out has its own place to rent movies for free with a huge selection. No Arizona room, but nice outdoor table and 4 chairs. We have a king size bed and hide a bed in the living room. No smoking in the unit and no pets. $1750. a month, we require $100 per month for electricity allowance with $200. cleaning and damage deposit. At the end of your stay we will return the cleaning deposit if clean and provide you with proof of electricity bills and return any amount you didn’t us swiftly.
