922 Debonair is available for rent October 2024 – December 2024. Located on a corner lot with beautiful sunset views and a gorgeous patio and front yard, this unit has a step-down Arizona room with a pullout, Queen size sofa bed for extra guests. It has a Queen size bed in the main bedroom, 3 TV’s, DVD player, microwave, stove and gas BBQ. It does not have a washer/dryer but is across the street from the laundromat; does not include WiFi.
No pets, smoking or vaping allowed at any time.
We cover the first $75 of electricity and monthly rental prices are as follows:
October, November: $1800
